About the role
- Together with your partner, you will drive sales growth of the product range across healthcare facilities in your territory.
- You will prospect for new accounts and consolidate the existing customer portfolio.
- You will propose tailored solutions after a thorough analysis of customer needs.
- You will design and implement a short- and medium-term field strategy, aligned with Stryker’s overall strategy, to achieve and exceed your sales targets.
- You will demonstrate product features and benefits and train and advise surgeons and hospital staff on product use in the operating room.
- You will conduct commercial negotiations and manage tenders (RFPs) through to contract award.
- You will ensure proper execution of orders with all stakeholders involved.
- You will coordinate product distribution logistics with the support of internal teams, ensuring the profitability of implemented products.
- You will participate in team meetings and prepare monthly activity reports on sales performance.
Requirements
- Degree in business, sales or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience
- Proven track record in customer retention and new account acquisition
- Experience in developing strategic action plans based on market data and aligned with company strategy
