• Strategically promote and sell Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments products to meet our customers’ needs.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products.
• Systematically track territory progress and proactively communicate wins with Regional Manager.
• Use product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform healthcare staff regarding proper use and maintenance.
• Provide excellent service and assist customers whenever the need arises.
