About the role

  • Promotes and sells a portfolio of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services
  • Informs customers of new product/service introductions and prices
  • Creates, monitors, and revises lead generation plans
  • Achieve allocated quota and gross profit target
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Create and maintain relationships with key hospital stakeholders
  • Build a strong sales funnel
  • Lead the product demonstration and produce trials
  • Develop and maintain sales process & management
  • Manage design and implement product placement projects
  • Work with our 4PL distributor to prepare quotations and specifications
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conventions

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business or Biomedical
  • 2-3 years of medical device experience
  • Knowledge of surgical products
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Goal-driven
