About the role
- Promotes and sells a portfolio of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services
- Informs customers of new product/service introductions and prices
- Creates, monitors, and revises lead generation plans
- Achieve allocated quota and gross profit target
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Create and maintain relationships with key hospital stakeholders
- Build a strong sales funnel
- Lead the product demonstration and produce trials
- Develop and maintain sales process & management
- Manage design and implement product placement projects
- Work with our 4PL distributor to prepare quotations and specifications
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conventions
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business or Biomedical
- 2-3 years of medical device experience
- Knowledge of surgical products
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Goal-driven
