About the role

  • Support planning and execution of marketing and educational events across the Nordics.
  • Coordinate logistics, communications, and compliance processes for events, launches, and training.
  • Create and update presentations, collateral, and internal materials together with the Product Manager.
  • Gather and analyze market and competitive data to support commercial decision-making.
  • Assist with tenders, pricing tasks, territory mapping, spreadsheet analysis, and other marketing admin.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and regional teams across Europe.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing /recently graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s degree (marketing, communications, healthcare, business, law or similar fields).
  • Strong communication skills in English; Nordic languages are a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage time effectively.
