💰 $100,500 - $215,300 per year
About the role
- Support strategic direction and execution for portfolio growth, education strategies, and marketing campaigns
- Align with global strategy to support annual and long-range brand/indications strategy
- Create/distribute scalable assets, tools, marketing campaigns and best practices
- Identify education, brand experience and customer engagement opportunities
- Develop relationships with local marketers, sales professionals, stakeholders, and KOLs
- Create Annual Marketing Plan and 3-5 year portfolio roadmap
- Forecast demand and develop relationships with supply chain partners
- Support product life cycle execution including launch and phase-out
- Provide analysis of business performance and brand perception
- Partner to develop portfolio through NPD, line extensions, and M&A
- Identify internal training needs and create training programs
- Create Pan European scalable customer engagement events
- Support branding, messaging, positioning, and pricing of assigned brands
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years of work experience required
- MBA preferred
- 3+ years medical device experience preferred
- 3+ years marketing OR sales experience preferred
