About the role
- Serve as main point of contact for Flex Financial, Stryker’s equipment finance group supporting a Regional Finance Manager
- Price creative and complex finance proposals and templates
- Facilitate contracts from origination to completion
- Manage all opportunities under Regional Finance Manager’s dollar threshold
- Build and maintain relationships with sales representatives across multiple Stryker business units (Interventional Spine, ENT, Surgical Technologies, Emergency Care)
- Partner with Regional Finance Managers, product sales representatives, Director-level finance leaders, Strategic Sales & Marketing, Key Account Executives, Corporate Account Managers, and internal Flex operations
- Support larger transactions by creating customer proposals and leading deal phases
- Educate sales representatives on the benefits of leasing
- Review and process signed documentation for approximately 30 deals per month
- Gather information, input data into Salesforce.com, and create proposals for approximately 130 opportunities per month
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivots tables)
- Ability to reside/work in Eastern or Central Time Zone
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Experience with Salesforce.com and data entry
