About the role
- Assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker ENT products to meet our customers’ needs.
- Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products.
- Systematically tracking territory progress, proactively communicate wins with Sales Representatives and push to exceed each goal.
- Use product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses, and other staff regarding the use and maintenance of our products.
- Provide excellent service and assist customers whenever the need arises.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited university
- 1-2 years in medical sales or b2b is preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile.
- Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
- Must be able to manage time, projects, stress and conflict.
- Must have the ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records
- Must be able to communicate / present to large groups of people
- Must possess unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment
