About the role
- Own and execute multiple projects as part of the digital health QMS expansion.
- Build successful working relationships with internal and external personnel in various departments and sites across the globe.
- Drive results in support of the business, even in the face of demanding timelines.
- Lead communication of project updates, priorities, and discussions to engage key stakeholders on the ongoing performance of projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S or B.A) required; preferably in Engineering, Science or equivalent focus.
- 6+ years of experience required; practical project management experience preferred.
- Experience in FDA or Highly regulated environment preferred.
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
- Growth mindset – ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to plan, track, facilitate, and close projects using applicable tools (Gantt, Burn downs, etc.) on time, within budget, and while controlling scope
- Excellent interpersonal communication, collaborative team work, and negotiation skills.
- Preferred Experience with software development lifecycle processes, and familiarity with digital health technologies, cloud platforms, and mobile solutions.
