About the role
- You will be the technical point of contact for our customers at emergency medical service stations, fire stations, the Bundeswehr, hospitals, and other public and governmental institutions.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on medical devices such as electro-hydraulic transport stretchers, defibrillators, hospital beds, chest compression devices, emergency stretchers, patient loading systems, and temperature management systems.
- Carry out safety inspections (STK), measurement checks (MTK), and DGUV measurements on our equipment.
- Independently coordinate customer appointments and organize your own service jobs.
- Document all contractually agreed service activities in compliance with legal requirements and standards.
- Support larger customer projects in neighboring regions.
Requirements
- Completed technical training in medical technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field.
- Professional experience in maintenance and servicing of technical equipment, in assembly, or as a field service technician.
- Knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics, and hydraulics.
- Proficient user of the MS Office suite.
- Excellent German language skills and good English language skills.
