About the role
- Lead the continued evolution of the Sales Analytics function to enhance insights into field sales performance
- Identify key trends and drive strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain high-impact reporting tools
- Streamline processes and deliver executive-level insights
- Own and guide the roadmap and development of Power BI dashboards
- Deliver and maintain executive dashboards for monthly and quarterly leadership reviews
- Manage and prioritize ad hoc analytical requests
- Mentor and guide analysts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant analytics experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including advanced data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development
- Ability to write and optimize SQL queries using tools such as SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and Databricks
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for executive-level reporting
