About the role

  • Develop sales of the Trauma product range (plates, nails, external fixators, Gamma nail, etc.) within the assigned territory
  • Identify and prospect new accounts while strengthening relationships with the existing customer portfolio
  • Analyze customer needs and propose appropriate technical and economic solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and support surgeons in the operating room
  • Actively participate in tenders and commercial negotiations through to contract closure
  • Ensure order follow-up and logistical coordination with internal teams
  • Contribute to sales activity reporting and team meetings

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (minimum 5 years), with demonstrable results in revenue growth
  • Preferably from the medical sector, but candidates from other technical backgrounds (copiers, robotics, technology, etc.) will also be considered
  • Experience in the operating room is a major asset
  • Strong organizational skills and exemplary rigor
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, drive and a team-oriented mindset
  • Proficient with IT tools and highly autonomous in the field (frequent travel, approximately 80%)
