About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and qualify inbound retirement plan leads generated through marketing campaigns, partnerships, and referrals
- Engage financial advisors, consultants, and referral partners to understand their business and retirement plan needs
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and progression
- Partner with field sales and National Accounts teams to transition opportunities and coordinate next steps
- Support advisor meetings, proposals, and presentations
- Educate advisors on retirement plan design, compliance considerations, and TPA services
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline activity within the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–5 years of experience in financial services, sales, business development, or client relationship management
- Exposure to retirement plans, financial advisor distribution, or institutional sales is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience working with CRM platforms and sales tools
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
