About the role
- Responsible for integrating artificial intelligence and automation into work processes
- Identify manual or inefficient workflows
- Develop automated solutions
- Ensure the sensible and effective use of AI tools across the company
- Work closely with management and all teams
- Play a central role in the further development of internal systems and procedures
- Analyze existing processes and identify automation opportunities
- Document and structure workflows and automations
- Continuously evaluate new AI tools and technologies
Requirements
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and process optimization
- Experience with AI tools or automation platforms
- Analytical and structured thinking
- Ability to simplify complex processes
- Independent and solution-oriented work style
- Nice to have: experience with tools such as Make, Zapier, Notion, Airtable, or working with APIs
- Experience with low-code / no-code automations
- Experience in a startup, agency environment, or fast-growing company
