About the role

  • You create creatives (static images, videos and animations) for social advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok that significantly influence campaign performance.
  • You develop creative concepts together with our Strategy team that stand out from the crowd and take ownership of their implementation.
  • You continuously monitor current trends and proactively contribute your own creative ideas.

Requirements

  • Completed training or degree in Design, Marketing or Communication — or convince us with a strong portfolio/references of your work.
  • Experience with the common Adobe Creative Cloud applications (in particular Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects).
  • Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • A good sense for creative design and social media trends and a willingness to contribute your own ideas.
  • You combine creativity with a strong understanding of marketing and audience needs.
  • Independent, self-driven working style with a pronounced hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
