About the role
- Develop and deliver training (in all training modalities)
- Collaborate with stakeholders
- Facilitate deep dives into training needs
- Support product enhancements
- Increase the team's visibility
- Utilize data storytelling to identify training needs.
- Apply up-to-date expertise to the development, execution, and improvement of training plans
- Create training that encompasses onboarding, cross-training, upskilling/reskilling, functional business changes, employee development, and functional leadership development
- Identify and address operational needs with training development and/or enhancements
- Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
- Analyze and evaluate requests for training to guide curriculum development
- Align training assessments with the operational business
- Lead the architecture and development of new training and training programs
- Oversee project teams responsible for designing new curriculum
- Support the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Instructional Design experience.
- 5+ years in-person training, webinar training, coaching experience, and able to command a room full of leaders.
- Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360
- Advanced skills in Canva creation
- Must be able to travel 25% of the time
- Advanced skills in Slack and Google Workspace (Gmail, Slides, Docs, Drive, Meet, Sheets)
- Educated in Learning Theory, Adult Learning Principles, and Learning Design
- Experience finding new and unconventional ways to approach data
- LMS Admin experience a plus
- Video creation and editing a plus
- Ethical Standards and Conduct.
