About the role
- Generate and manage monthly billing for house account clinic.
- Schedule and manage ACH withdrawals.
- Update and monitor payment methods across multiple clinic accounts.
- Review and balance statements to ensure accuracy.
- Audit invoices to detect pricing and typing discrepancies.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all billing duties.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- Take direction effectively and work independently when required.
- Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and internal departments to resolve billing issues.
- Adhere to company protocols and compliance standards.
Requirements
- GED or high school diploma
- Proficient in Lifefile software.
- Experience in a billing or accounting role (healthcare or pharmacy billing preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
