About the role
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs, align recruitment strategies with business objectives, and develop comprehensive hiring plans.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online channels, networking, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing, to attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates to determine their fit for specific roles and organizational culture. Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
- Represent the company professionally and effectively communicate its values, culture, and opportunities to prospective candidates. Develop and maintain strong employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Implement talent acquisition best practices to ensure a consistent and efficient recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers, department heads, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on recruitment priorities, timelines, and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements
- 5 years + proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, specifically Workday and Greenhouse.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism in all aspects of recruitment.
- Bachelors Degree (preferred not required).
