10+ years relevant product management experience
Strong technical skills, including ability to gain an in-depth understanding of software systems
Ability to build robust integrations with the Stripe API
Ability to contribute meaningfully to high-stakes discussions on API design, data modeling, and software architecture
Strong customer empathy across startups and large enterprises, including engineering and finance personas
Strong product sense and ability to understand user needs in depth
Ability to build delightful product experiences
Strong communication skills, including synthesizing complex discussions, writing succinctly, and presenting to senior stakeholders
Preferred: experience managing technical software products from infancy to scale
Preferred: ability to internalize a cross-functional business and lead a comprehensive product vision
Preferred: experience designing and building a multi-product platform
