About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a strategic partner to Solution Architect leadership and contribute to global sales enablement strategy
Design and deliver onboarding programs, ongoing training, and just-in-time learning resources
Identify skill and knowledge gaps and build cross-functional enablement programs
Create and curate technical product information, solution architectures, and selling strategies
Establish metrics and analytics to measure enablement impact and support data-driven decisions
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to keep enablement content current
Partner with Product Operations and Product teams to prepare Solution Architects for product launches
Cultivate a community of expert practitioners and crowdsource best practices and user-generated content

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience, including Solution Architecture and enablement for global organizations offering payments or SaaS-based solutions
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for a sales audience
Proven track record designing and delivering enablement programs that measurably improve sales performance
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders and build productive relationships
Experience with content creation, curation, and knowledge management platforms
Preferred: advanced degree or certificate in enablement
Preferred: deep expertise across the Stripe product suite
Preferred: Stripe implementation experience
Preferred: strong project management skills
Preferred: excellent communication and presentation skills
