About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end customer deals, including drafting, editing, and reviewing agreements
Support the sales cycle by ensuring deal terms align with business goals and strategic priorities and close as forecasted
Serve as the primary contact between Sales, Legal, and cross-functional stakeholders for deal questions, approvals, and escalations
Advise sales teams, leaders, services/support teams, and customers on deal structures and commercial terms
Remove internal blockers and drive alignment across Product, Legal, Finance, and Accounting
Support complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial and legal agreements
Support pricing and structuring of multi-threaded product use cases across segments and industries
Build credibility and trust with internal stakeholders
Communicate and persuade cross-functional partners and senior leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or Economics
6+ years of experience in deal strategy, procurement, pricing strategy, financial consulting, or legal
Experience working in ambiguous, fast-scaling environments and operating with high agency
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and project management skills
Experience working in Payments and/or SaaS
