About the role
- Provide executive-level leadership, strategic direction, and technical oversight for all I&E operations
- Accountable for financial health, operational excellence, and long-term growth strategy
- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for I&E division
- Oversee multiple I&E project portfolios across regions
- Provide high-level technical guidance for I&E design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems
- Partner with Business Development to expand Strike's presence in facilities, midstream, and compression markets
- Build and sustain relationships with key clients
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Instrumentation & Electrical operations within oil and gas
- Directly led field crews and managed full profit and loss responsibility for an instrumentation and electrical division, department, or large project portfolio
- Supported or led Instrumentation & Electrical work specific to midstream infrastructure such as compressor stations, pump stations, metering, or production facilities
