• Manual Testing Ownership: Immediately take ownership of critical manual testing responsibilities, ensuring the timely and high-quality release of our iOS, Android, and Web applications.
• End-to-End API Testing: Take part in our E2E API testing, ensuring every backend service release is timely and high-quality.
• Strategic Automation Drive: Dedicate significant time to researching, designing, developing, and implementing robust, scalable automated test frameworks and suites for UI, API, and integration layers.
• Test Plan & Strategy Development: Develop and evolve comprehensive test strategies and plans for major features and critical product initiatives.
• Shift-Left Quality Advocate: Embed quality practices earlier in the development lifecycle by collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams from inception through deployment.
• Performance & Reliability Contribution: Contribute to implementing and monitoring performance, scalability, and reliability testing.
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize telemetry, analytics, and crash reporting tools to gather insights into user behavior and identify areas for quality improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, providing technical guidance and contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence within the engineering organization.
• Customer-Centric Focus: Act as a strong advocate for the end-user, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and consistent experience across all platforms.
