About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support go-to-market launches from planning through execution
  • Develop campaign assets including messaging briefs, emails, landing pages, and sales enablement materials
  • Coordinate work across Creative, Demand Generation, School Operations, Enrollment, and Product
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements

  • Become a trusted expert on assigned programs
  • Translate customer insights into marketing campaigns that help families understand the value of Stride's schools
  • Coordinate launches and continuously improve the customer experience through testing and learning
  • Execute campaigns that drive enrollment and improve retention across Stride's portfolio of programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–2 years of marketing experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities daily, with manager support as needed
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; consistently meets deadlines
  • Strong growth mindset and ability to receive feedback and demonstrate continued growth
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Ability to successfully complete a required background check
  • No certificates or licenses required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to develop strategic thinking
  • Solid presentation skills and comfort using standard presentation and collaboration tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships across teams
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exposure to marketing metrics through work, coursework, or internships
  • Commitment to high-quality work and ownership of individual deliverables
  • Product marketing, brand management, or related cross-functional experience preferred
  • EdTech experience preferred
  • Comfort using AI tools to support research, drafting, and analysis
