Designs and implements well organized individual and group learning opportunities for teachers and school leaders
Models effective and differentiated instruction for teachers
Creates and delivers ongoing professional development for teachers and school leaders
Assists teachers in aligning their instruction with strong teaching methods, standards, and student data
Observes teachers and school leaders and provides meaningful feedback and coaching
Increases teacher effectiveness by improving the quality of teaching and learning through ongoing support to teachers
Equips staff with resources and skills needed to implement effective instructional practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Education
Five (5) years of successful teacher experience OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Ability to pass required background check
Experience in designing and delivering quality professional development for administrators and teachers
Previous coaching or leadership experience
Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum frameworks, and standards
Experience in research-based instructional practices for learning
Strong presentation, facilitation, and organization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Web conferencing tools proficiency
