About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintains student records and data
Creates/implements/documents processes that ensure student data validity in K12 and 3rd party databases
Works with office and administrative staff to ensure the school is in compliance with and meets all audit requirements
Assists with communication between the Company and districts related to student enrollments and withdrawals
Supports data and logistics of major school events, such as Enrollment, Semester End Transition, Year End Transition, and State Testing
Assists with a wide variety of teacher and personnel support issues
Reviews and processes accounts payable and receivable records
Follows established District procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, storage and disposal of records

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma AND Four (4) years of relevant work experience OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
Great organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong technology skills
Experience using search engines (internet) for research projects
Experience using a student information system and/or other type of database
Proficient in MS Excel, MSWord, and Outlook
