About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a key member of the school leadership team, focused on advancing student recruitment, family engagement, scholarship accessibility, and enrollment sustainability.
  • Partner closely with school leaders to support strategic growth initiatives, strengthen family relationships, and ensure students and families receive personalized guidance throughout the enrollment and retention journey.
  • Provide leadership and oversight of Opportunity Scholarship (OS), ESA+, and other tuition assistance programs while serving as a primary resource for families navigating enrollment, funding, and school engagement processes.
  • Develop and implement targeted outreach campaigns, re-registration initiatives, and student retention strategies designed to support enrollment growth and long-term student success.
  • Cultivate a strong sense of community, serve as a trusted liaison between families and school leadership, and contribute to strategic planning efforts that enhance the overall student and family experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in education, admissions, enrollment management, family engagement, customer service, student support, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and stakeholders through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to analyze data, track progress, and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to conduct presentations, information sessions, and family outreach activities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with school leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and supporting a positive school culture.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student and family information with professionalism.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends to support family information sessions, enrollment events, and school activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, MS 365; Web proficiency.
  • Ability to clear required background check.
