Ambassador Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee ambassador team
- Oversee and ensure optimal efficiency of all logistics
- Develop and implement various trainings that improve employee knowledge and skill
- Serve as a liaison between students, Learning Coaches, teachers and/or administration
- Monitor progress teams caseload
- Arrange support conferences as needed to address performance concerns
- Provide outreach, training, and support to families who respond to Students First Check In surveys
- Increase professional knowledge and skills by attending required staff meetings
- Participate in State testing as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years related professional experience
- Some college and or 5 years leadership experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities
- Customer service focus
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience coordinating academically oriented clubs and extracurricular activities
- Familiarity with the online learning experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Web proficiency
- Ability to travel 20% of the time
- Ability to clear required background check
