About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide instruction, support, and guidance in an online environment
  • Manage the learning process and focus on students’ individual needs defined by each student’s IEP
  • Communicate with parents and applicable related service staff for appropriate therapies
  • Develop compliant IEPs, progress reports, and required documentation
  • Facilitate and lead collaborative special education meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active state teaching license
  • Ability to clear required background check
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers to interpret and produce numeric, tabular, and graphic representations of student data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word; PowerPoint
