Conference and Event Support Micro-Intern
Stride, Inc.Event Support Intern assisting Tallo, a career discovery platform, at conferences and events. Gaining experience in event planning, social media management, and marketing.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the team on all pre-event preparations.
- Create and produce engaging content during the conference/event such as photos and videos.
- Setup booth and other company sponsored materials.
- Represent Tallo and actively engage with conference attendees.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by Tallo team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently a freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior in high school
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Atlanta, GA, during the Skills USA National Leadership & Skills Conference
- Experience creating social media content (your own accounts, a club's page, or helping a business totally counts!)
- Good at communicating (writing and talking)
- Basic familiarity with Canva or other video editing tools (CapCut, iMovie, etc.)
- Can create a Tallo account and use it
- Access to personal smartphone and laptop.
- Ability to clear a required background check.
- Parental consent to participate is required, and student must have or be able to get current work permit, if necessary per state law.
