Works closely with School Operations Manager to manage projects and perform systems tasks for major school events (weekly enrollment, Re-Registration, Semester End Transition, Year End Transition)
Ensure the school is in compliance with and meets all audit requirements
Maintain and ensure student academic records and processes (including Square9 database, PowerSchool, graduation plans, report cards, transcripts, records distribution)
Assist with the development and drafting of school policies and procedures and training standards
Foster strong working relationships with Academics, Operations, Enrollment, Sales, Account Management, vendors, districts, state and other education stakeholders
Provide troubleshooting and solutions to intricate customer issues using critical thinking and advanced knowledge of systems, products, and processes
Identify and work with management and cross-functional teams to implement procedural changes
Contribute to the integrity, confidentiality, and security of all student records
Adhere to organization best practices to ensure operational efficiency and customer experience
Responsible for MCIR (immunization) reporting
Responsible for student computer replacement orders
Lead pupil accounting audit
Generate and maintain electronic data records for child accounting, special education child accounting, and residency requirements
Assist with state reporting
Assist with teacher and staff support issues, including solving/escalating basic systems and technology problems, ordering and reclaiming equipment and materials, and training staff on K12 systems
Requirements
Residency Requirements: Florida
High School diploma or GED
At least 2 years of related experience
Ability to clear required background check
Great organizational and time management skills
Proficient MS365; web proficient
Strong technology skills
Experience using search engines (internet) for research projects
Experience using a student information system and/or other type of database
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel 20% of the time
Ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week
Ability to maintain a professional home office without distraction during workday
