About the role

  • Assist Project Managers in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Support the creation and management of project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, status reports, and risk logs.
  • Facilitate and participate in project meetings, capturing key decisions and follow-up actions.
  • Track project progress and identify potential roadblocks or deviations from the plan.
  • Assist in the collection and analysis of project data to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Support the use of project management tools and technologies.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of PMO processes and templates.
  • Communicate effectively with project team members and stakeholders under the guidance of the Project Manager.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the PMO team.
  • Undertake research and analysis on project management best practices and industry trends as required.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or starting a Master’s/MBA program with a major or concentration relevant to the position, such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or Information Systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Web proficiency.
  • Ability to clear the required background check.
