About the role

  • Support the Financial Systems team in various data analysis tasks and systems projects
  • Work on systems related projects, data analysis or year-end SOX items
  • Communicate and collaborate with the broader Accounting/Financial Systems/System Admin teams and other departments
  • Maintain and optimize financial systems functionality
  • Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to management based on findings
  • Collaborate with other departments to test and document new enhancements
  • Troubleshoot system errors and provide clear processes on how to avoid/fix them
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline financial systems processes and procedures

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a BS or MBA/MS
  • A major in a Business or IT field is desired
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Observational and listening skills
  • Self-motivation and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency
