Directs and coordinates educational, administrative and counseling activities of high school students by performing the duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.\n
Ensures conformance of educational programs to state and local school board standards through evaluation, development and coordination activities.\n
Researches and implements non-K12 curriculum resources that meet state standards.\n
Articulates the school’s mission and vision to ensure alignment among stakeholders.\n
Utilizes communication technologies to support a predominantly virtual/remote work environment.\n
Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding special education and other programs (e.g., Title I, LAP, CTE).\n
Interfaces with students, families, local Municipal Court systems, and local districts regarding attendance and engagement.\n
Develops and oversees implementation of the school’s Student Achievement Improvement Plan.\n
Supervises and evaluates teaching staff; manages teacher performance and professional development.\n
Manages Master and Lead Teachers and programs.\n
Confers with teachers, students, and parents concerning educational and behavioral problems.\n
Coordinates with teacher and K12 Enrollment regarding expulsions and withdrawals.\n

Requirements
Previous Supervisory Experience\n
Master’s degree AND Five (5) years of educational experience OR Equivalent combination of education and experience\n
Ability to clear required background check\n
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency\n
Ability to travel 20% of the time for meetings, professional development, etc.
