About the role
- Assist in the training and support of school reports and products
- Participate as a member of the Reporting Services team
- Support users in analyzing school data, proprietary data, and third-party data
- Summarize analyses of current dashboards to drive insights
- Specify action recommendations and mechanisms for assessing outcomes
- Create, enhance, and conduct trainings on data products
- Provide quality assurance of imported data
- Process confidential data and information according to guidelines
- Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field, or equivalent training
- Three (3) years of relevant professional experience
- at least one (1) year of experience performing action and outcome-oriented data analysis
- Demonstrated success in working collaboratively with other professional staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint)
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Ability to clear required background check
