About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment for clinical, administrative, and operational positions across STRIDE Community Health Center
- Serve as a strategic business partner to hiring leaders by developing recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire highly qualified individuals
- Independently manage a high-volume requisition workload, typically maintaining 30 or more active requisitions while delivering an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand workforce needs, develop proactive sourcing strategies, and build sustainable talent pipelines for critical and high-volume positions
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness, support workforce planning initiatives, strengthen community partnerships, and continuously enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience while maintaining compliance
- Partner closely with Human Resources leadership and department on recruitment initiatives, process improvements, employer branding, workforce development programs, and other department priorities
- Develop strategic recruitment plans to ensure timely hiring while maintaining compliance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of full-cycle recruitment experience required
- Minimum two (2) years of healthcare recruitment experience required
- Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), hospital, community health, or multi-site healthcare recruitment experience is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare recruitment practices for clinical and non-clinical positions
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage 30 or more concurrent requisitions while maintaining strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates
- Experience with HRIS/Applicant Tracking Systems and a variety of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and job boards
- Knowledge and experience with full cycle recruiting
- Strong sourcing skills utilizing social media, professional networking platforms, and CV databases
- Familiar with laws, regulations, and procedures related to hiring practices
- Ability to work independently and organize work in a manner that ensures accuracy, efficiency and timely completion of deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions, functions, and tasks while managing work time efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to protect the confidentiality of employees and business information ethically and responsibly.
