Key responsibilities & impact

Identify training and development opportunities for teams based on the company’s strategic objectives, survey data, and regular discussions with the internal consulting team
Create, implement, manage, and monitor learning and development programs focused on developing leaders and talent
Apply in-person and online teaching methodologies, as well as coaching and mentoring
Recommend and monitor training and development effectiveness metrics
Evaluate results and present improvement action plans
Consider program costs and keep them within budget
Report area KPIs to managers and employees to support decision-making

What you’ll need

Experience with organizational development projects in Human Resources, such as Individual Development Plans (IDPs), development pathways, and leadership academy design
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving and negotiation-oriented mindset
Proactive approach and ability to contribute new ideas
Knowledge of AI tools for training is a plus
