About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will work in the People and Culture area with responsibilities focused on People Analytics.
- Your contributions will be essential to lead projects, ensure optimization and adjustments of internal processes to reduce labor litigation costs, identify new opportunities for the business, propose innovative solutions, develop strategies to support decision-making, and improve employee experience and engagement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Postgraduate degree in Data Science or Business Intelligence, or currently pursuing a higher education degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related areas.
- Advanced knowledge of databases such as SQL and MongoDB.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis.
- Behavioral skills: clear communication, proactivity, organization, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
