About the role
- We are looking for Senior Recruiters (5-10+ years) to attract candidates to interview and hire great employees. A successful Senior Recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, personal network connections, and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter is to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
- Job Duties:
- Actively engage and pursue candidates without relying on LinkedIn and Passive applicants in the ATS. This role requires heavy search, outreach, and strategic methods to secure top talent.
- Define strategies to acquire top talent while managing and measuring acquisition costs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and perform in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual, with candidates and hiring teams.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to negotiate and extend job offers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to enhance the talent acquisition process.
- Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 - 10 years of experience in recruiting, focusing on exempt roles.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in various positions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, including sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.
- High professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
