About the role

  • Be a key technical resource in the IT department for projects across Streets
  • Delivery and implementation of IT projects
  • Technical point of contact during project lifecycles
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery
  • Documentation and handover to relevant department/team

Requirements

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure), infrastructure, and cybersecurity
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities
  • IT support/technician background that led to implementation or prior technical implementation experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong time management skills and self-motivation
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2) (Desirable)
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, MS Project, Jira) (Desirable)
  • Prior project delivery experience (Desirable)
