About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, qualify, advance, and close a high-quality pipeline with disciplined CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and consistent stage progression
  • Develop and grow strategic accounts with CROs, large medical centers, reference labs, and diagnostic providers across the U.S.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes spanning scientific, operational, procurement, and executive audiences
  • Identify and structure private-label and partnership opportunities, navigating OEM and white-label deal structures with cross-functional support
  • Position Streck QC solutions in terms of compliance, risk reduction, and operational value — speaking credibly with lab directors, quality leaders, and scientific stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Support to move opportunities forward and resolve internal blockers
  • Stay current on clinical flow cytometry applications, regulatory frameworks (CLIA, CAP), and evolving customer needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3+ years in account management or sales within life sciences, diagnostics, or medtech
  • Proven ability to build pipeline and close complex, consultative deals
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder, regulated sales cycles
  • Strong CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy
  • Excellent communication across technical and business audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience with CROs, reference labs, large medical centers, or diagnostic providers (nice to have)
  • Exposure to private-label, OEM, or partnership deal structures (nice to have)
  • Hands-on clinical or translational flow cytometry lab experience (nice to have)
  • LAMP or similar structured qualification methodology (nice to have)
  • Advanced degree (MS, PhD, or MBA) (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power BI (nice to have)
