About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Active new customer acquisition (cold calling)
  • Conversion of new self-signups in the product (warm calling)
  • Discovery calls
  • Product demos
  • Lead qualification and management of the entire sales funnel
  • Preparation of proposals and negotiation through to closing
  • Full closing responsibility for own deals
  • Close collaboration with the Founder/CEO on demos, pitches, pricing and sales strategy
  • Recording and documenting all activities in the CRM
  • Continuous market and customer feedback to product and management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales with individual closing responsibility
  • You have independently led deals to close
  • High self-motivation, strong results orientation and self-organization
  • Ability to operate without extensive structures, playbooks or strong inbound
  • Excellent communication skills on the phone and in video calls
  • Fluent German and English, spoken and written
  • Bonus: You have previously built a sales team and gone through all classic roles yourself
