About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Active new customer acquisition (cold calling)
- Conversion of new self-signups in the product (warm calling)
- Discovery calls
- Product demos
- Lead qualification and management of the entire sales funnel
- Preparation of proposals and negotiation through to closing
- Full closing responsibility for own deals
- Close collaboration with the Founder/CEO on demos, pitches, pricing and sales strategy
- Recording and documenting all activities in the CRM
- Continuous market and customer feedback to product and management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales with individual closing responsibility
- You have independently led deals to close
- High self-motivation, strong results orientation and self-organization
- Ability to operate without extensive structures, playbooks or strong inbound
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in video calls
- Fluent German and English, spoken and written
- Bonus: You have previously built a sales team and gone through all classic roles yourself
