About the role

  • Content creation (texts, images, videos) and strategy: Develop content strategies and marketing plans tailored to the needs of event managers.
  • Learn to use AI tools to create engaging and informative blog articles, product copy, videos, and social media posts that resonate with our target audience.
  • Product descriptions and help pages: Optimize product descriptions and create new content for our event management software.
  • Create help pages and tutorials for event managers using our software, explaining features through written guides and video.
  • Write SEO-optimized copy for our website, blog, and social media channels.
  • Work on implementing and improving automated content-creation processes and support the use of AI tools for text and video production.
  • Implement creative ideas to optimize user experience and increase the visibility of our platform.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a commercial apprenticeship (Kauffrau/Kaufmann) or equivalent OR currently studying Event Management, Business Administration (BWL), Marketing, Media and Communication Studies, or a related field.
  • Interest in digital marketing strategies and the events industry.
  • Creativity and the ability to present complex information clearly and engagingly.
  • Self-motivated, independent working style and the ability to work in a team.
  • Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
  • Advantageous: Basic knowledge of SEO.
  • Advantageous: Basic knowledge of Webflow (website builder).
  • Advantageous: Basic image-editing skills in Canva.
  • Advantageous: Experience with video production and screen recording.
