Key responsibilities & impact

Manage multiple projects within the program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Develop and manage program schedules
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion of program deliverables
Convey program status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in student support, advising, student success/affairs
Program Management experience is required
Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution is preferred. Bachelor's required
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant technology required for the role
