Key responsibilities & impact

Drop into ambiguous, cross-stack problems and diagnose what's actually happening before prescribing a fix
Reason fluently across client and server systems to unblock high-priority product initiatives. You will work across iOS, Android, Go and Scala platforms.
Drive measurable impact on critical bets, starting with initiatives in our organic growth and subscriber value areas
Act as a trusted agent of change inside teams and parts of the business you don't own
Partner with leadership and senior ICs to surface recurring product and technical opportunities worth attacking proactively
Set technical direction and bring people with you on the highest-risk work in the company

Requirements

What you’ll need

Genuine full-stack range, with the ability to operate in systems you didn't build
A track record of entering unscoped, cross-team technical problems and driving them to resolution
The ability to influence and drive change without formal authority
Senior technical judgment: you set direction, earn the trust of leadership, and operate well in ambiguity
Experience navigating a recently acquired or integrated organization is a plus
A prior tiger-team, fixer, or SWAT-style role at scale is a plus
