About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and monitor the accounts receivable portfolio;
- Post receipts and perform bank reconciliations;
- Issue and track boletos (Brazilian payment slips), debit notes, and other financial documents;
- Monitor delinquencies, conduct collections, and manage payment negotiations;
- Verify and analyze incoming payments, identifying and resolving discrepancies;
- Prepare reports and KPIs for the Accounts Receivable area;
- Support the monthly financial close;
- Collaborate with the Commercial, Tax, and Accounting teams to resolve outstanding issues;
- Maintain up-to-date financial controls, ensuring data accuracy;
- Contribute to process and internal control improvements within the area.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields;
- Prior experience in finance with a focus on Accounts Receivable;
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation, collections, and payment receipt control;
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and formulas);
- Experience working with ERP systems;
