About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide operational leadership for Strattner's Diagnostic Imaging business unit sales team, with the main responsibilities including:
  • Manage a regional sales team to achieve sales targets, maintain market share, and deliver the growth projected in the annual plan;
  • Develop people and careers so team members can take on new challenges and advance through vertical or horizontal promotions;
  • Evaluate new business opportunities; actively participate in negotiations through to deal closure and post-sales follow-up; support the field sales team to strengthen customer relationships;
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders;
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and events;
  • Report results to the National Sales Manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or higher;
  • Intermediate to advanced English preferred;
  • Experience in sales or business management leading commercial teams (specific knowledge of hospital sales, diagnostic imaging clinics, and radiology preferred);
  • Proven experience in people management (required);
  • Experience in the Diagnostic Imaging and Radiology sector in hospitals and imaging clinics;
  • Experience in project and process management;
  • Proficiency with major IT and information management tools (BI, CRM, Microsoft Windows/Office);
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).
