About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide operational leadership for Strattner's Diagnostic Imaging business unit sales team, with the main responsibilities including:
- Manage a regional sales team to achieve sales targets, maintain market share, and deliver the growth projected in the annual plan;
- Develop people and careers so team members can take on new challenges and advance through vertical or horizontal promotions;
- Evaluate new business opportunities; actively participate in negotiations through to deal closure and post-sales follow-up; support the field sales team to strengthen customer relationships;
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders;
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and events;
- Report results to the National Sales Manager.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or higher;
- Intermediate to advanced English preferred;
- Experience in sales or business management leading commercial teams (specific knowledge of hospital sales, diagnostic imaging clinics, and radiology preferred);
- Proven experience in people management (required);
- Experience in the Diagnostic Imaging and Radiology sector in hospitals and imaging clinics;
- Experience in project and process management;
- Proficiency with major IT and information management tools (BI, CRM, Microsoft Windows/Office);
- Willingness to travel;
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
