About the role

  • Manage and integrate sales and customer relationship channels, promoting multiple ways to connect with the market to expand reach, commercial efficiency and value generation;
  • Structure and advance customer relationship and service models across the organization, ensuring consistency in the value proposition, competitive differentiation and support for commercial strategies;
  • Oversee the operations of the sales center, customer service center and CX, focusing on performance, revenue growth, operational efficiency and excellence in the customer journey, ensuring adherence to targets and the company’s strategic guidelines;
  • Responsible for managing public tenders, private quotations and commercial intelligence, ensuring governance, compliance, competitiveness and analytical support for commercial decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields;
  • MBA preferred;
  • Preferably experience in Commercial Excellence focusing on different sales channel models, especially commercial intelligence, sales center, tenders, customer service center and CX (Customer Experience);
  • Advanced English;
  • Intermediate Spanish;
  • MS Office (advanced Excel) and BI;
  • Analytical skills and commercial storytelling;
  • Availability to travel (meetings, branch visits and corporate events).
