About the role
- Serve as a trusted consultant to business end-users, driving process automation and operational efficiency.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into effective solutions within HIS platform.
- Support HIS implementation activities including system configuration, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Assist in application setup and end-to-end system testing (unit, integration, and UAT).
- Provide ongoing application support, including issue tracking, troubleshooting, and applying updates in collaboration with developers.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as User Guides, UAT scripts, and Integration Test scripts.
- Organize and deliver training sessions for Super Users and end-users.
- Provide on-site and remote Go-Live support to ensure seamless adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in HIS application support and implementation.
- Proven track record in HIS system analysis, design, and configuration.
- Strong expertise in reporting and analytics development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional, collaborative teams.
