Serve as a trusted consultant to business end-users, driving process automation and operational efficiency.
Analyze and translate business requirements into effective solutions within HIS platform.
Support HIS implementation activities including system configuration, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Assist in application setup and end-to-end system testing (unit, integration, and UAT).
Provide ongoing application support, including issue tracking, troubleshooting, and applying updates in collaboration with developers.
Prepare and maintain project documentation such as User Guides, UAT scripts, and Integration Test scripts.
Organize and deliver training sessions for Super Users and end-users.
Provide on-site and remote Go-Live support to ensure seamless adoption.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
3-4 years of hands-on experience in HIS application support and implementation.
Proven track record in HIS system analysis, design, and configuration.
Strong expertise in reporting and analytics development.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional, collaborative teams.
