Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the Close: Lead the monthly and quarterly close process from start to finish
  • Be the Revenue Recognition Authority: Serve as the go-to authority on SaaS revenue recognition under ASC 606
  • Lead the ERP Migration: Own chart of accounts design, data mapping, user acceptance testing, and go-live execution
  • Be a Business Partner: Serve as a trusted partner to leaders across the organization
  • Coach and Develop the Team: Mentor the team through complex accounting judgments
  • Improve Everything You Touch: Identify bottlenecks and streamline processes during every close cycle

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Deep experience with revenue recognition under ASC 606 in a SaaS or subscription environment
  • Track record of leading or significantly contributing to an ERP implementation or migration
  • Proven ability to operate as a player-coach: you lead by doing, not just delegating
  • Comfort operating under tight monthly and quarterly reporting deadlines
  • A natural critical thinker who challenges assumptions and drives toward better outcomes
  • Strong U.S. GAAP foundation with experience reporting into a parent company or corporate reporting structure
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across departments and serve as a collaborative business partner
