About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support OACS Academic Associates, Academic Sr. Associates, and Academic Specialists in their workflows
- Manage academic policy violation and appeal cases
- Communication & Evaluation/Assessment of workflows and OACS communication
- Assist in documentation projects and tracking of workflows
- Schedule rooms and meetings, coordinate projects
- Provide feedback to staff on improvement and efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required
- Minimum of 3 years experience in academic administration, advising or transferable experience
- Microsoft Suite proficiency
- Zoom proficiency
- Basic Data entry
- FERPA or privacy training
- ERP Applications: SalesForce or PeopleSoft proficiency
- Able to work independently
- Able to prioritize work
- Able to remain flexible and shift focus as needed
- Experience with, or ability to work with adult students
