About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support OACS Academic Associates, Academic Sr. Associates, and Academic Specialists in their workflows
  • Manage academic policy violation and appeal cases
  • Communication & Evaluation/Assessment of workflows and OACS communication
  • Assist in documentation projects and tracking of workflows
  • Schedule rooms and meetings, coordinate projects
  • Provide feedback to staff on improvement and efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in academic administration, advising or transferable experience
  • Microsoft Suite proficiency
  • Zoom proficiency
  • Basic Data entry
  • FERPA or privacy training
  • ERP Applications: SalesForce or PeopleSoft proficiency
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to prioritize work
  • Able to remain flexible and shift focus as needed
  • Experience with, or ability to work with adult students
